Terms & Conditions

Article 1 (Member).

1. ‘Member’ refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures set out by the Company and in agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
2. ‘Member information’ means information relating to the attributes of the member disclosed by the member to the Company and information such as the member's transaction history.
3. The Terms and Conditions apply to all members and are to be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Membership
Customers who have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and have applied for membership will be eligible for membership after completing the prescribed registration procedure. The membership registration procedure must be completed by the person who is to become a member. Registration by a proxy is not permitted at all. Membership applications from persons whose membership has been revoked in the past or from other persons deemed unsuitable by the company may be rejected.

2. Input of membership information
During the membership registration process, please read the entry instructions carefully and enter the required information correctly in the given entry form. Special symbols, old Chinese characters and Roman numerals may not be used in the registration of membership information. If these characters are registered, we will change them.

3. Password management
(1) The password may only be used by the member himself/herself and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
(2) The member is responsible for managing his/her password, including changing it regularly to ensure that it is not known by others.
(3) Any declaration of intent made to the Company using the password shall be deemed to be a declaration of intent by the member himself/herself, and any payment etc. arising from this shall be the responsibility of the member.

Article 3 (Change)

1. The member shall promptly inform the Company of any changes in the name, address or any other information provided by the member to the Company.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from a failure to register a change. Please note that even if a change is registered, transactions that have already been processed before the change is registered will be carried out based on the information before the change was registered.

Article 4 (Withdrawal from membership)

If a member wishes to withdraw from membership, the member must complete the withdrawal procedure in person. The membership will be withdrawn after completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.

Article 5 (Loss of membership and compensation obligations)

1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, fails to pay for a mail order, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable as a member by the company, the company reserves the right to revoke the membership.
2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the member shall be liable for compensation for any damage incurred by the Company as a result.
(1) Unauthorised use of membership numbers and passwords.
(2) Interfering with our business by accessing our website, falsifying information or sending harmful computer programmes to our website.
(3)To infringe the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the Company.
(4) To act in any other way contrary to these terms of use.

Article 6 (Handling of member information).
In principle, the company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, the Company may disclose membership information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member in the following cases.
(1) If disclosure is required by law.
(2) If we deem it necessary to protect our rights, interests, reputation, etc.

2. Membership information is managed by the Company in accordance with the Company's ‘Privacy Policy’. The Company may use member information for the purpose of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting the use of services and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.
3. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to members via email newsletters and other methods. If a member does not wish to receive information, they can notify us in accordance with our specified methods and we will stop providing information. However, the provision of information necessary for the operation of the service cannot be stopped at the request of the member.

Article 7 (Prohibitions)

When using the service, the following acts are prohibited for members.
1. Violating the law, these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions for the use of the Service, the Terms and Conditions for shopping on the Service or other Terms and Conditions, etc.
2. Damaging the rights, interests or reputation of the Company or other third parties
3. To engage in any conduct that may have an adverse effect on the mental or physical health of young people or any other conduct that offends public order and morals.
4. To perform acts that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or other third parties.
5. Entering false information
6. Sending or posting harmful computer programs, e-mails, etc.
7. To gain unauthorised access to our servers or other computers
8. Lending or transferring your password to a third party, or sharing it with a third party
9. To do anything else that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 8 (Suspension or cessation of service, etc.)

1. In order to keep the Service in good working order, the Company may, without notice, suspend all or part of the provision of the Service if any of the following items apply.
(1) When necessary for regular or emergency maintenance of the system.
(2) When the system is overloaded.
(3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power failure, sabotage by third parties, etc.
(4) In any other case where the Company deems it necessary to suspend the system.

Article 9 (Change or discontinuation of service)

The Company may, at its discretion, change or discontinue the service in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The company shall not be liable for any damage caused by system interruption, delay, discontinuation or loss of data due to communication line or computer failure, damage caused by unauthorised access to data, or any other damage caused to members in relation to the company's services.
2. The Company does not guarantee that emails and contents sent from the Company's web pages, server, domain, etc. are free of computer viruses or other harmful content.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by a member's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 (Revision of the Terms and Conditions)

The company may revise the Terms and Conditions at its discretion and may also stipulate a supplement to the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Supplemental Terms and Conditions’). Any revision or supplementation of the Terms shall become effective when the revised or supplemented Terms are posted on our designated website. In this case, the Member shall be subject to the revised Terms and Conditions and the Supplementary Terms and Conditions.

Article 12 (Governing law, court of jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
